BANQUET ATTACHMENT AT SHANGRI-LA

As part of my Food & Beverage module in my diploma, my class has been deployed to Shangri-La for a 3-days learning on banquet service, thereafter a 16 hours banquet attachment in return for their time.
My time at Shangri-La's banquet taught me event coordination, teamwork, and attention to detail. Working in a high-end setting refined my adaptability and service skills, enhancing my organizational abilities. This experience deepened my understanding of hospitality, contributing to my commitment to excellence.
